Charity Coy has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they began working for Wrench, Inc. as a Recruiter, recruiting mobile auto mechanics for Wrench and mobile automotive inspectors for Lemon Squad throughout the US. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Freelance Human Resources Consultant while working for herself. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Human Resources Manager at the Sheraton Suites Country Club Plaza Hotel. From 2014 to 2017, they were an Account Talent Recruiter On-site at DST Systems for Kelly Services. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Meetings Director at the Crowne Plaza Downtown Kansas City. From 2007 to 2010, they were the Convention Service Manager at the Hilton KCI. From 2005 to 2007, they were the Catering & Sales Manager at the Holiday Inn Select Naperville. In 2005, they were an English Teacher at the Felberg English School.

Charity Coy received their BBA in Business with an emphasis in Management from The University of Kansas in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained their Associates in Liberal Arts from Johnson County Community College in 2002.
