Subbu Alagappan

Mr. Alagappan joined Apollo in July 2021 on the PK AirFinance Team and is responsible for originations in the Americas region. Previously, Mr. Alagappan was a Managing Director in the Aviation Finance Team at MUFG Bank from November 2019 to July 2021 and was responsible for covering Aviation clients in the Americas region. Prior to that time, Mr. Alagappan worked in the Aviation Finance Team at DVB Bank from August 2006 to November 2019 in various roles before being promoted to Regional Head of Americas. Prior to DVB, Mr. Alagappan worked at Singapore Airlines in the Engineering Division and in the Aircraft Sale Team from July 2003 to July 2006. Mr. Alagappan graduated with first class honors from Imperial College, London with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering and from Stanford University, California with a MA degree in Management Science.
