Alexander Castro Morales

Alexander Castro Morales is an accomplished software development leader with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as Director de Desarrollo de Software at Aportes en Línea since April 2023, Alexander previously held similar positions at AMERICAS BPS and Outsourcing S.A Oficial, where significant contributions were made to software development and automation projects. With a background that includes leading a Center of Excellence and managing software development teams, Alexander also has a strong academic foundation, with degrees in Sistemas Engineering and a Master's in Project Management from Universidad INCCA de Colombia and Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional, respectively, along with advanced training in ABAP programming.
