Lisa Frisk

Lisa Frisk is an experienced professional in pharmacy management and staffing, currently serving as a Staffing Controller at Apoteksgruppen since September 2022, with responsibilities for the staffing process across over 200 pharmacies. Previously, Lisa held the position of Apotekschef at Apoteket for six months, overseeing sales and operational goals. Lisa's tenure at Apoteket spans nearly a decade, including roles as a Staffing Coordinator, Staffing Controller, and Staffing Coach, with a focus on ensuring optimal staffing levels and supporting pharmacy managers. Earlier experiences include managing mobile personnel at DocMorris Apotek Sverige and various roles in staffing and pharmacy operations at Apoteket AB.
