Russ Davies, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Russ has served as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Apothecary Products, LLC, where they developed regulatory and quality systems for international markets and facilitated the company's growth through acquisitions. Prior to that, they founded Russ Davies Consulting & Training, LLC, where they provided expert quality and regulatory compliance advice and services to small medical device businesses. Russ also served as the Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs and Quality Systems at Smiths Medical, where they were responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance and establishing excellent relationships with regulatory agencies worldwide. Russ has extensive experience in quality assurance and product specialization, gained during their time at Ohmeda, BOC Healthcare, where they oversaw the manufacturing and management of anesthesia and critical care devices. Russ began their career as an Engineering Apprentice at Medishield, BOC Healthcare, where they developed their skills in mechanical and production engineering.

Russ Davies, MBA has a diverse education history. In 1982, they obtained a degree in Engineering, specializing in Mechanical & Production Engineering, from Harlow Technical College. Two years later, in 1984, Russ completed a Certificate in Management Studies from the same institution. In 1992, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from The Open University.

Additionally, Russ Davies has obtained multiple certifications. In 2016, they became a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). A year later, in May 2017, they obtained the Senior Fitness Specialist certification from the same institution.
