Claudia A. Piano

Claudia A. Piano has extensive work experience in the field of client services and medical communications. Claudia A. most recently served as EVP of Client Services at ApotheCom, an Inizio Company, starting in September 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of SVP/Director of Client Engagement at CMC Connect from January 2019 to May 2020. From September 2009 to January 2019, Claudia worked at McCann Health Medical Communications as EVP/General Manager for CMC US and CMC Affinity. Their earlier experience includes serving as Head of US Client Services, Med Comms at Parexel from January 2001 to January 2009, as well as holding various roles at Harrison Wilson & Associates and Project House Inc.

Claudia A. Piano holds a B.A. degree in Communication Arts from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Claudia A. has also completed a Masters in Liberal Arts from Harvard Extension School.
