Lisa Callan

Lisa Callan's work experience begins in 1998 when they worked as a Graduate Student at the University of Pittsburgh. Lisa then moved on to become a Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Pennsylvania in 2003. In 2004, they joined Scientific Connexions as a Medical Writer and later served as a Senior Medical Writer and Director, Medical Communications. In 2012, Lisa became the Medical Director at Springer Healthcare Ltd. Lisa then joined ICON plc in 2015 as a Senior Scientific Director. Lisa'smost recent position is as the VP, Scientific Services at ApotheCom, an Inizio Company, starting in January 2019.

Lisa Callan has a strong educational background in the field of science and research. Lisa completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Allegheny College, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Following their undergraduate studies, Lisa attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1998 to 2003, where they earned their Doctorate degree in Biochemistry and Biophysics.

Furthermore, Lisa has also obtained a certification in the medical publication profession. In October 2010, they became a Certified Medical Publication Professional (CMPP) through the International Society for Medical Publication Professionals (ISMPP).
