Mikko Hassinen

Mikko Hassinen is an experienced IT professional specializing in ServiceNow and ITIL processes, with a comprehensive background in solution architecture and project management. Currently serving as the ServiceNow product owner at Oy Apotti Ab since March 2018, Mikko oversees the ServiceNow platform, coordinates development efforts, and manages event management processes. Prior experience includes a role as a solution architect at CGI, where Mikko implemented integration and maintained various environments, as well as served as an IT consultant managing ITIL-focused projects.
