Tarja Tiittanen

Tarja Tiittanen has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Tarja started their career in 1997 as a Customer Service Manager at Nordea Finance Finland and gradually moved up to become a Project Manager, First Vice President, and eventually the Head of Operations. During their time at Nordea Finance Finland, they worked from April 1997 to December 2016. In 2017, Tarja became an Independent Entrepreneur, operating under the name Life Puzzle / Tmi Tarja S Tiittanen. Tarja is currently working as a Project Director at Oy Apotti Ab since August 2019.

Tarja Tiittanen studied Economics at the University of Jyväskylä from 1983 to 1987. In 2018, they participated in an international training program on System Dynamics in Organizations at the Bert Hellinger Instituut Nederland, earning a degree. In 2015, they enrolled in a program at Debaatti Oy/ Porstua ry and obtained the degree of Työnohjaaja. Additionally, in the same year, they attended training at Sparria, where they became a certified Volition Booster Coach.
