María Katia Filomeno is a Social Psychologist from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú with a Master's Degree in Marketing from the TEC de Monterrey. With experience in quantitative and qualitative research, as well as the design and implementation of diagnostic tools applied to communication. She works in APOYO Comunicación as Vice-president of Innovation and Strategy and directs the Insights area, being responsible for the design and execution of reputation studies, communication diagnoses and stakeholder mapping. She teaches in the Master of Communication at the University of Piura, and in Corporate Communication and Social Responsibility diplomas at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
