Alyse Wolfard, LCAM, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, property management, and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Development and Growth at Appalachian Land Company since April 2016, Alyse promotes and expands market share for the leading real estate firm in Western North Carolina, northern Georgia, and Tennessee. Previous roles include Property Manager for Oceanview Building B Condo Association, where responsibilities encompassed managing a large luxury property, overseeing budgets, staff, and compliance with regulations. Alyse also held positions in various organizations, including ITSM Academy and Tribridge, where expertise in human resources, office administration, marketing, and operational management was demonstrated.
