James Feltner, CHISL, possesses extensive experience in information technology and security management across various healthcare and business sectors. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer at Appalachian Regional Healthcare since September 2019, James oversees critical IT security operations. James previously held the role of Market IT Director at LifePoint Health®, where operational performance and quality control were central responsibilities for Clark Regional Medical Center and Bourbon Community Hospital.
