Daljit Kaur

Daljit Kaur has extensive experience in the apparel industry, currently serving as Senior Principal at The Apparel Training & Design Centre since 2013, overseeing complete administration and training for professionals. From 1997 to 2010, Daljit held the position of Principal at the same institute, focusing on administration, government liaison for sponsorship of weaker sections, and facilitating student placements with garment exporters, alongside curriculum development for various programs. Previous roles include Principal at The Apparel Training & Design Centre earlier in their career, Senior Faculty at JD Institute of Fashion Technology, Production Manager at Knittex India, and Fashion Coordinator at Gokuldas Exports. Daljit holds a Master's degree in Clothing & Textiles and a Bachelor's degree in Home Science, both from Panjab University, and completed secondary education at St. Joseph's Convent School in Jalandhar.
