Jon Baran is the current Customer Success Manager at ApparelMagic. Jon was previously the Social Media and Marketing Manager at GRACE NOTES MUSIC FOUNDATION INC from September 2014 to February 2019. In this role, they were responsible for creating marketing campaigns through social media and print media, organizing and promoting all foundation fundraisers and events, creating a yearly marketing and social media outlook, and adding to and maintaining the foundation website.
From September 2014 to June 2017, Jon was the Director of Promotions at JVC Broadcasting. In this role, they were responsible for all promotional duties for 3 separate stations, including creating on-air promotions, scheduling all live reads and liners, working with advertisers to create promotions that fit their needs, and setting up large events with attendance ranging from 800-1000 people. Jon also oversaw all three stations' social media accounts, maintained all three radio stations' websites, and led a team of up to 10 promotional techs.
During their time at JVC Broadcasting, Jon was successful in bringing numerous advertisers to the stations, including The Miami Marlins, The Honda Classic, Live Nation, AEG Live, and many more.
Jon Baran attended Florida State University where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Jon also holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Theirtory from Florida State University. Additionally, they have a Radio, PR, and TV Production degree from CSB Media Arts Center and an Associate of Science - AS in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Palm Beach State College.
