Hemang Jauhari

Hemang Jauhari has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Hemang is currently the Head of Human Resources at Appario Retail Private Limited, which is a joint venture between Appario and Frontizo under Amazon. Prior to this, Hemang worked at Amazon as a Senior Program Manager responsible for global brand and attraction. Hemang also held the position of Senior Program Manager for the Asia Pacific region at Amazon. Before Amazon, Hemang worked at Bharti AXA General Insurance as the Head of Talent Management, Learning, and Organizational Development. Hemang also gained experience in management consulting and worked at KPMG, where they specialized in people and change advisory. Hemang started their career as an HR Manager at HCL Infosystems Ltd and later transitioned to the United Nations as a Senior Consultant in leadership development. Hemang also pursued doctoral research at IIM Lucknow and worked as an SAP HCM Consultant at Capgemini earlier in their career.

From 2009 to 2013, Hemang Jauhari attended the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Human Resources Management.

Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they attended the Institute of Engineering and Technology and earned an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science.

Before their college education, Hemang Jauhari attended Army Public School (APS) from 1991 to 2003, studying Science. The degree obtained from APS is not specified.

In addition to their formal education, Hemang Jauhari has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they became a Certified Rewards Ready professional from Aon and a Certified OD Intervention Professional from Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI).
