Garey Goodgame began their career in 2007 as a Sr RFID Technician at Tyco International, where they provided remote diagnostic and technical support for the RFID enterprise for major retailers in North America. In 2008, they moved on to Motorola, where they worked as a Software Test Engineer and was responsible for executing test scripts, conducting manual testing of system functionality, providing written and verbal communication, and conducting functional testing. In 2010, Garey joined Teleperformance as a Microsoft Support Engineer, where they provided clients with technical support for Microsoft Office 365 Cloud services through inbound phone support and online web service request tickets. Garey also assisted clients with the migration process from the client’s on premise server to Microsoft cloud services. In 2012, Garey began working at AppCard, Inc. as a Technical Team Lead, and then later that same year they joined Prologic as a Support Engineer.
Garey Goodgame received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Technology from American InterContinental University between 2001 and 2005. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bauder College between 1991 and 1993.
