Ani Aleksanyan

Ani Aleksanyan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ani started their career in 2011 as an Economic Researcher at the Central Bank of Armenia. In 2012, they joined HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management, where they held various positions such as Internet and Telephone Banking Services Specialist, Status Customers Virtual Relationship Manager, and Customer Due Diligence Voice Team Specialist. During their time at HSBC, Ani demonstrated strong leadership skills as a Team Lead/Contact Centre Supervisor, where they coached and motivated their team to deliver excellent customer service and sales propositions. Ani also proactively monitored and ensured customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations.

In 2015, Ani transitioned to a new role as a Bookkeeper at Accubooks LLC, where they handled financial recordkeeping and reporting. In 2020, they joined Preezma as a Full Stack Software Engineer, where they built and maintained web applications using React.js and Node.js/Express.js. Ani also demonstrated strong problem-solving and collaboration skills by working on architecture-level tasks and creating clean and reusable code. In 2023, Ani will join Appcharge as a Backend Engineer, expanding their technical expertise.

Ani Aleksanyan pursued their education at the Armenian State University of Economics, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from 2007 to 2011. Ani furthered their academic journey by enrolling at the American University of Armenia, where they gained a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General Management, from 2012 to 2015.
