Osman Kibar has been working in the software industry since 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Software Specialist Assistant for SFS, where they were responsible for analysis, design, development and reporting. In 2011, they worked as a Software Specialist for Volt, where they worked on software to calculate consumption amount of energy power plant and was responsible for analysis, design, development and maintenance. In 2012, they worked as a Software Team Lead for bizSmart, where they worked on publishing, e-book and e-commerce and developed https://www.ttnetkitap.com/. Osman was responsible for analysis, architecture, development and maintenance. In 2013, they worked as a Software Architect for Smartface.io, where they were responsible for all architecture and code quality. Since 2020, they have been a Co-Founder of Appcircle.

Osman Kibar obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Trakya University between 2004 and 2008.
