Micheline Elias

Micheline Elias is a seasoned engineering manager with over a decade of experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Appcues since November 2022, Micheline leads teams in both front-end and back-end development, emphasizing Agile methodologies and a user-centric approach to deliver innovative solutions. Prior experience includes a decade at Collective[i] as a Senior Manager of Application Development, where Micheline oversaw development teams and project execution in Agile settings. Early career roles include a Ph.D. student in Business Intelligence practices at SAP Research and multiple internships in research and IT development. Micheline holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from CentraleSupélec, a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Paris-Sud University, and an Engineer’s degree in Information Technology from Damascus University.
