Pedro G. Galaviz

Pedro G. Galaviz has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and architecture. Pedro is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Appcues, starting in February 2023. Before that, they held a similar role at BlockFi from July 2020 to February 2023. Prior to that, Pedro worked as a Senior Software Engineer at SafeBoda from March 2020 to August 2020, where they utilized Elixir/Erlang to build a Fintech gateway and contributed to migrating from a legacy monolith to a service-oriented architecture. Pedro also worked as a Software Engineer at Brightcove from December 2019 to July 2020. Previously, Pedro was self-employed as a Full Stack Developer from February 2015 to December 2019, successfully completing over 20 projects and managing the entire development process. Pedro also has experience outside of software engineering, having worked as a Principal Architect at Kirigami Studios from April 2014 to November 2018, where they managed construction teams and ensured project completion within deadlines.
