Heather Kelly

Heather Kelly has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and operations. Heather started their career at Radiant Systems Inc. in 1997, where they worked as a Support Technician in the Entertainment Division until 1999. Heather then transitioned to the role of Quality Engineer in the Cinema Division, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, Heather moved to NCR Corporation and took on the role of Senior Quality Engineer in the Cinema Division until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Senior Quality Analyst at NexTraq, a Michelin Company. Currently, Heather is working as the QA Operations Lead at Appetize, which is now part of SpotOn.

Heather Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities focusing on English and Film Production from the University of Southern California. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including "Career Wellness Nano Tips with Shadé Zahrai" and "Nano Tips for Peak Performance with Shadé Zahrai" from LinkedIn in January 2023. Heather also obtained the certification "How to Be More Inclusive" from LinkedIn in November 2021, and "Programming Foundations: Software Testing/QA" from LinkedIn in September 2019.
