Piotr Orlowski

Piotr Orlowski has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic leadership and talent acquisition. Piotr is currently the Director of People Operations EMEA at Appfire. Previously, they worked as an HR Manager at TomTom, where they developed and implemented a long-term HR strategy and provided coaching to managers. Before that, they were the Head of HR Services Poland at Clariant, overseeing HR operations and crafting global HR policies. Piotr also served as the Head of HR at Marcopol, where they implemented recruitment strategies and conducted training analysis. Prior to that, they were an HR Manager at Rule Financial, leading a team and managing recruitment, performance review programs, and employee grievances. Piotr's earlier experience includes working as an Account Manager at Abbeywood International and as a Lecturer at the Complex of Environmental Protection School.
