Stefan Forstmoser

Stefan Forstmoser has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Stefan is currently working at Appfire as a Principal Software Engineer since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Product Engineering (Workflow and Automation) at Appfire from May 2021 to March 2023. Stefan also served as the Head of Engineering - Beecom Products at Appfire from June 2020 to April 2021.

Before joining Appfire, Stefan Forstmoser worked at beecom AG as the VP Engineering from October 2008 to May 2020. Stefan also served as a Senior Software Engineer at KEYSTONE AG from February 2004 to January 2007, as a Software Engineer at Bstar Pty Ltd from December 2001 to June 2002, and as a Software Engineer at upc cablecom from January 1999 to January 2001. Stefan'searliest work experience was at UBS, where they worked as a Software Engineer from October 1994 to December 1998.

Stefan Forstmoser obtained a Master of Information Technology degree in the field of Information Technology from James Cook University in 2002. In addition, they obtained certifications from Atlassian, including Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator in April 2017 and Atlassian Certified in Agile Development with JIRA Software in December 2017.
