Keri Hall

Keri Hall is a seasoned professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success Operations at AppFolio, Inc. since April 2023. Previously, Keri held multiple leadership roles at Zendesk from September 2018 to January 2023, including Director of Advocacy Operations, where a focus on process improvement and business engagement was paramount. Keri also managed global operations for 185 individuals in Customer Success and designed strategies for Zendesk Sell's SMB segment. Earlier experience includes positions at Base CRM, where Keri led Customer Success teams, and roles at Gigya and LGO Hospitality LLC. Keri started a career in the hospitality industry at Pizzeria Bianco, managing service operations. Keri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management & Entrepreneurship from Arizona State University.
