Olimpia Bordea

Olimpia Bordea has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Talent Development, and more. Olimpia began their career in 2001 as a Teacher for Secondary School of Horia. In 2003, they took on the role of Translator for SC ASTRA VAGOANE ARAD SA - TRINITY RAIL GROUP. Following this, they worked as a Customer Relations and Quality Planning for Takata in 2005. In 2007, they joined Honeywell as a Plant Manager Assistant and HR Support, where they were responsible for administrative support to the General Manager, consolidating activity reports, organizing logistics for customer visits, and supporting the HRG's. Olimpia then moved into roles such as Human Resources Generalist, Talent Development Project Manager, HR Analyst / HRBP Support, and HR Data Analytics Manager. In 2018, they joined Veeam Software as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner and HR Data Analytics and Reporting Lead. In 2021, they became Regional Human Resources Manager for PartnerHero. Currently, they are Global Human Resources Business Partner for AppFollow.

Olimpia Bordea obtained their Bachelor’s Degree in English and French from West University of Timisoara between 1997 and 2001. Olimpia then went on to earn their Master’s Degree in Business English from Universitatea de Vest “Vasile Goldiș” din Arad between 2003 and 2005. Additionally, they are an Associate Member of CIPD.
