Mohamed Ismail attended Helwan University Cairo from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Tourism and Hotels in the Guidance department. Mohamed then pursued a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2021 to 2023.
