Kurt Zala is a seasoned energy trading professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Senior Trader and Principal at Appian Way Energy Partners, LLC since March 2018, Kurt previously held the position of President at Zacho Energy Trading from August 2010 to March 2018. Kurt's career also includes roles as Senior Energy Trader at Edison Mission Marketing & Trading and Risk Analyst at Constellation New Energy, as well as starting as an Analyst at Putnam Hayes & Bartlett. Kurt Zala obtained a degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, graduating in 1995.
