Lang Ly

Lang Ly is the current Chief of Staff at Appian. Lang has also served on the board of STEM for Her, where they helped manage grants, programs, and scholarships for girls and young women in underserved communities. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Information Systems and Real Estate at MicroStrategy.

Lang has a long history of working in the tech industry and has been a champion for diversity and inclusion throughout their career. Lang is a passionate advocate for STEM education and is committed to helping girls and young women succeed in STEM fields.

Lang Ly's educational career includes a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from The George Washington University, and Certification in Corporate Board Training from the National Association of Corporate Directors. Lang is also certified from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (inactive).

Lang Ly reports to Matt Calkins, Founder & CEO. They work with Chris Winters - General Counsel, Paul Maguire - SVP, EMEA & APAC, and Chris Jones - Chief Revenue Officer.
