Carlton Retland

Carlton Retland has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Carlton started their career in 1999 as a Technical Account Manager at Compuware, where they worked until 2009. Following that, they joined Micro Focus as a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to 2016, Carlton served as a Principal Consultant, Technical Sales at CA Technologies. Currently, they are employed at Applause, where they have held various roles including Sr. Solutions Engineer from 2016 to 2020, and currently serves as the Principal Solutions Engineer.

From 1994 to 1998, Carlton Retland attended Northwestern University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences.
