Joran Frommé has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and roles. Joran began their career as a Vice Chairman of the KNGF student working group. Later, they worked as a physiotherapist at DBZ fysio and Topfysiotherapie Bart van Lith, where they also worked as a project assistant implementing social media and e-health solutions in the healthcare industry.
In 2015, Joran joined the Stichting OOK as a Care & Cure Consultant, conducting qualitative research and implementing an e-health platform for cancer patients. Joran then joined ZuidZorg as a Project Manager, leading innovation projects and designing new healthcare services.
Joran gained further experience as a Junior Consultant and Innovation Consultant at JMC Talent For Care, where they focused on leadership in healthcare and guided healthcare companies through innovation and change.
From 2014 to 2016, Joran also served as a Team Member in the European network of Visionary Young Health Innovators, engaging in collaborative efforts to find innovative solutions for healthcare challenges.
Most recently, Joran served as a Senior Consultant & Customer Success Manager at EmbraceSBS, where they were responsible for implementing their social intranet and digital workplace software solutions, identifying customer needs, and bridging the gap between business and technology.
Joran is currently working as a Senior Solution Delivery Manager at Applause, although the details of their role and responsibilities have not been provided.
Joran Frommé pursued their education at Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy. Joran then went on to complete a Management Traineeship in Leadership in Healthcare at Talent For Care from 2015 to 2017, focusing on the field of Leadership.
