Sarah Sacco has a diverse range of work experience. Sarah started their career as a Secondary Language Arts Teacher at Chandler Unified School District in 2009 and worked there until 2014. During this time, they led the Datawise school improvement team, taught and assessed curriculum, and worked with various types of students.

As an Academic Coach, they led professional learning communities, assisted principals with teacher observation, and supported curriculum implementation. As a Dean of Students, they provided behavior and academic support, utilized social media for communication, and monitored the school website.
