Kelly McCoy-Smith

Kelly McCoy-Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and education. Currently serving as the General Manager at Ciocca Car Wash Express since August 2015, Kelly oversees exceptional service for both dealerships within the Ciocca Automotive Group and the public. As the Owner of Friendly Face Painting and Balloon Art since October 2014, Kelly specializes in face painting and balloon art using professional quality materials. Previously, Kelly held the position of Store Manager at Tumble Town from August 2006 to July 2015, where responsibilities included customer interaction, event booking, marketing, and payroll management. Prior roles include Owner of Tumble Town, Group Supervisor and Lead Teacher at Loving Hands Daycare, and Group Supervisor and Lead Teacher at Little People Daycare School of Columbia. Education includes a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and studies at Pennsylvania State University-Penn State York.
