Stan Apple

Stan Apple, CPA, is a Principal in the Tax department and chairman emeritus of the firm. He specializes in Tax / International Tax and is located in the Akron office. Recently celebrating 55 with Apple Growth Partners, Stan has a wealth of experience growing companies across Northeastern Ohio, especially in the auto dealership industry. Fueled by a commitment to provide the best advice and counsel, Stan has developed deep relationships with auto dealers in the state throughout the course of his career. Stan has been made a “local legend” with his “free lunch promise” – providing advice to business owners over the course of lunch free of the hourly charge in exchange for lunch. Stan has played an integral role in helping auto dealership clients secure the purchase of significant dealership franchises in a very competitive environment. In addition to his expertise in tax and accounting, Stan has advised business owners on proper succession planning, business growth strategy, and tax law. Stan holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Ohio University and is a member of the AICPA, OSCPA, Florida Society of CPAs, and Driving Force Auto Advisory Organization.
