Jose Perez

Jose Perez has over 18 years of experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a Regional Manager at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar since July 2004. In addition, Jose has held the position of Training General Manager at Apple-Metro, Inc. since 2004, where responsibilities include managing daily operations, payroll processing, inventory control, and scheduling to maintain budgetary goals. Prior to this, Jose served as a Lieutenant in the Air Force from 2002 to 2004. Jose holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Monroe University, earned between 2020 and 2022.
