Andrew Miles

Andrew Miles is an experienced IT Support Specialist with a strong background in technical support and systems management. Currently employed at Apple Rock Displays since March 2023, Andrew also served as an IT Coordinator. Previous roles include IT Support Specialist at Southern Fasteners & Supply, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed user management and account resolution, and DTM Account Lead / Tier 3 at Noregon Systems, overseeing a network of 3,500 computers and collaborating on software development with a Remote Administration Team. Andrew's career began in the US Air Force, where managerial skills were honed as a SSgt, followed by a role as Tank Washer at Superior Carriers. Educational achievements include an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance and Information Technology from Forsyth Technical Community College, as well as completion of Airman Leadership School.
