Frank Chu

Frank Chu is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Apple since November 2019, Frank previously held the position of Engineering Manager. Prior to Apple, Frank worked at Waymo from May 2016 to November 2019 as a Tech Lead and Manager focused on Machine Learning Infrastructure. Frank's career began at Google, where duties as a Software Engineer spanned from July 2007 to May 2016, primarily in search technologies. Frank holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from The University of British Columbia.
