Shalini Poddar

Shalini Poddar is an accomplished leader in the technology and media sectors with extensive experience across prominent companies. Currently serving as the Country Director for India at Apple since June 2023, Shalini oversees Content Services including the App Store, Apple Music, and Apple TV+. Prior to this role, Shalini was the Executive Vice President and Head of Ads Revenue and Strategy at Hotstar, managing a large team focused on ad sales and strategic growth. Shalini's tenure at Google included significant roles such as Head of Business Development for Google Play across India and Southeast Asia, where strategic partnerships and app developer support were prioritized. Earlier professional experience includes serving as an Engagement Manager at Accenture and a Client Relations Associate Vice President at Kotak Mahindra Bank.
