Shriram Vijayakumar

Shriram Vijayakumar is a seasoned Sr. DFT Engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently employed at Apple since September 2013 and previously at NVIDIA from June 2006 to September 2013. During tenure at NVIDIA, Shriram held roles as a Sr. DFT Engineer and DFT Engineer, as well as contributing as a Design For Test Intern, focusing on the implementation of flows for partial address memory BIST testing on eDRAM. Shriram holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from PSG College of Technology.
