Sjoerd Gehring

Sjoerd Gehring is an experienced talent management leader currently serving as VP of Talent at Apple since November 2018, overseeing talent management, recruiting, and immigration. Prior to this role, Sjoerd held the position of Global VP of Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience at Johnson & Johnson from April 2015 to October 2018, where leadership was provided to global teams in talent acquisition and employee experience. Sjoerd's earlier experience includes a decade at Accenture, in various roles culminating as Global Head of the Talent Innovation Lab, which focused on cutting-edge talent acquisition practices. Sjoerd began their career at Accenture in marketing and progressed into talent acquisition, winning multiple accolades for innovation in employer branding and referral programs. Sjoerd holds a Master’s degree in International Marketing from Grande Ecole ESLSCA and a BA in Hospitality Management from The University of Salford.
