Jamie Jones

Jamie Jones is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administration, customer care, training, and event coordination. Currently serving as an Administration Assistant at AppleGate Recovery since August 2023, Jamie previously held key roles such as Director of Customer Care at Kabinart™ Cabinetry, where emphasis was placed on training and developing a customer-focused team. Jamie has also contributed to Urbanex Pest Control as both Director of Training and Development and Director of Customer Care. Prior experience includes working at IBEX as a Global Trainer, facilitating the growth of new hire agents into leadership positions, and coordinating major entertainment events for Agame Entertainment in Nashville, TN.
