Philip Nicholas

Philip Nicholas has extensive experience in counseling, currently serving as a Counselor at AppleGate Recovery since January 2021 and as a Christian Counselor at Redemption Recovery since September 2019, specializing in EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy. Philip Nicholas has also been an Elementary Counselor at Jackson Christian School since 1992, focusing on character development and nurturing students' aspirations. Prior experience includes a role as a Masters level counselor at Journey Pure of Jackson Tennessee from June 2016 to February 2023, providing support to both adults and children. Philip Nicholas holds two Master’s degrees from Freed-Hardeman University, one in Clinical Mental Health and the other in Elementary and Middle School Administration/Principalship, both completed between 2012 and 2016.
