Tyler Yahnke has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Wells Fargo as a Teller, where they reviewed and evaluated customer accounts for other services they may be interested in, handled cash shipments into and out of the vault, and provided excellent customer service by handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Business Execution Consultant, Business Consultant, Business Process Analyst, and Program Associate at Wells Fargo, where they partnered with finance and senior leadership to develop strategies that drove efficiency and met cost savings objectives, evaluated processes to determine if they could be automated, improved, or moved offshore, developed enterprise solutions using visualizations and data-discovery tools, communicated findings to senior management, worked as a liaison between the line of business and technology, performed ad-hoc data querying and analysis, documented current and future state processes, identified opportunities for improvement, presented recommendations to senior management, and used analytical skills. From 2014 to 2022, they were a Department of Public Health Intern at the State of Arizona, where they analyzed data being received from trauma centers and identified billing patterns, developed auditing tools to increase trauma team billing efficiency, and worked with trauma center administrators and finance executives to facilitate billing efficiency improvement activities. Tyler Yahnke obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Exercise Physiology from Arizona State University between 2010 and 2015. In 2016, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Arizona State University and went on to earn a Master's Degree in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management between 2016 and 2018.
