Mayra Garcia

Mayra Garcia has extensive work experience in the scientific research field. Mayra currently holds the position of Senior Scientist at Applied BioCode, Inc., a role they began in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an R and D Scientist 1 at DiaSorin Molecular LLC from July 2017 to January 2023. Before that, they were a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at City of Hope from July 2013 to July 2017. Mayra also gained experience as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the California Institute of Technology from July 2012 to June 2013.

Mayra Garcia completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, General from Scripps College in 2005. After that, they pursued their education further and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biology, General from Caltech from 2005 to 2012.
