Mary O'hara

Mary O'hara is the General Counsel & CLO at Applied Energetics. Prior to this, they were Counsel at Masur Griffitts Avidor LLP from August 2016 to January 2022. Before that, they were a Partner/Founder at Griffitts O'Hara LLP from March 2008 to July 2016. Mary has a long history of working in law, representing entrepreneurs, venture funds, private and smaller public companies across many industries and sectors including technology, biotechnology, new media, publishing, film, hospitality, the arts and non-profit entities. Mary is a highly experienced lawyer with a passion for representing their clients to the best of their ability.

Mary O'hara attended Albuquerque High School, The University of New Mexico where they studied economics, and finally New York University School of Law.
