Shannon Peterson

Shannon Peterson began their work experience in 1993 as a Computer Lab Consultant for the Association of Computing Machinery at North Dakota State University. They provided assistance to students in computer labs, troubleshooting software issues and providing guidance on software usage and programming languages. In 1994, they joined North Dakota State University's Informational Services department as a Faculty Hardware and Network Consultant, where they provided technical support to faculty members in engineering, math, and science departments. This involved network, operating system, and hardware upgrades. In 1997, Shannon started their own company, Petersons Personal Computer Consulting Inc., where they served as CEO/President and provided computer consulting services to individuals and businesses. They supplied hardware and technical support. In 1999, Shannon transitioned to Edgepath Technologies, a Division of Applied Engineering Inc., where they worked as an Application Developer. They were later contracted to Bobcat Company from Edgepath Technologies and continued to design and develop diagnostic software for electrical systems in Bobcat machinery. Their work experience demonstrates a strong background in computer hardware, software, and technical support.

Shannon Peterson attended North Dakota State University from 1991 to 2009, majoring in Computer Science.
