Ben Krisher

Ben has over 12 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on recruiting, employee relations, and internal communications. At aeSolutions, he manages a high-performing team of HR professionals, and specializes in finding and hiring the best technical talent available in the industrial process safety, combustion and automation fields. Ben believes that a company’s success comes from developing an inclusive, results-driven work environment filled with talented people who truly want to be there, and he models his department’s functions around this belief.

Ben has held leadership roles in the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), most recently serving as Director for the Alaska SHRM State Council. He had previously served as Legislative Director for the Council, leading other HR professionals in advocating to local and federal lawmakers on important HR legal issues, including adjustments to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Ben holds his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, as well as his SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification, and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Vermont.
