Nancy Tulledge has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, spanning over two decades. Currently serving in the Customer Loyalty Center at Applied Innovation since January 2022, Nancy previously worked at Advanced Imaging Solutions from November 1996 to April 2022, progressing from Administrative Assistant to various customer care positions and ultimately serving as Office Coordinator at Pinnacle from February 2014 to February 2017. Nancy's responsibilities included managing phone systems, coordinating events, creating marketing materials, and maintaining customer records. Educational credentials include an Associate’s Degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management obtained from Southeastern Academy between 1977 and 1979.
