Joaquin Borggio

Joaquin Borggio has a diverse work experience. Joaquin is currently an Engineering at Applied Intuition, a Data Engineer at Facebook, and a Co-Founder & CTO at techstep. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Student, Course Assistant, and Researcher at Stanford University. In 2019, they were a Self-Employed Equities Trader, developing a deep learning model to predict changes in stock price. In 2016, they founded Karpons, a business operating in the sale of new and used cars. Finally, in 2014, they founded Filling Needs, a non-profit with the goal of improving the education in rural elementary schools in their native country, Uruguay.

Joaquin Borggio is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Stanford University, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Joaquin previously completed a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stanford University in 2021.
