Nick Gutierrez

Nick Gutierrez began their work experience in 2014 as a Senior Technical Sourcer at Motion Recruitment. Nick then progressed to the role of Team Lead, Talent Services, and later became a Manager of Talent Services. In these positions, they were responsible for building and maintaining talent pools, advocating for candidates, guiding recruitment strategy, and training and mentoring staff. In 2021, Nick joined Applied Intuition as part of their Recruiting team, where they work to enable autonomous vehicle development through the use of software and simulation.

Nick Gutierrez attended California State University, Chico from 2008 to 2013. Nick earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
