Joshua Mears

Joshua Mears is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as an Engineering Program Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Analogic since 2021, Joshua previously worked at Collins Aerospace as a Software Engineer. Prior experience includes a decade at MOST Cardio as a Mechanical Design Engineer and a tenure as a Financial Analyst at Morgan Stanley focused on wealth management and market research. Joshua’s academic contributions include serving as a Physics Teaching Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and holding roles at NASA Ames Research Center and NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, where responsibilities included research and data analysis related to space missions. Additionally, Joshua worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at CONMED Corporation. Joshua is currently furthering education as a Graduate Fellow in Mechanical Engineering at MIT, following completion of a Bachelor of Science degree from the same institution.
